Caroline Kennedy, a director from the Little Theatre Group, works with English teachers Ingrid García and Gina Zumbado as they perform a scene from "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" at our Reader's Theatre Workshop for Educators and Volunteers, Sept. 22nd at Casa Presidencial. Heredia Meeting
Thanks to all who attended our community meeting on July 28th at the UNA in Heredia! Six new groups were proposed - we are looking for volunteers for the groups at this time - and it was wonderful to meet so many interested conversation partners and volunteers. Stay tuned for upcoming meetings in Alajuela, Escazú, Desmparados and other locations!

What's New on This Page
Hello all! Please scroll down to see a few new photos from conversation groups in San Pedro (San José) and Cañas (Guanacaste). If you scroll all the way down, you'll find links to sites we recommend for further English practice. We'd love to hear your recommendations for other links and materials we should include here! Please post your comments or write to us at volunteer@casapres.go.cr.
A note to all those who are already participating in conversation groups: please make sure you note the contact info (phone and email) for the other members of your group, and that everyone else does the same. That way, you can reach each other easily in the case of a cancellation or time change. Remember to give at least 24 hours' notice for any change (unless, of course, there's an emergency).
